- Custom shapes and oversized available by special order, please call our customer service department.
- Material - solid core Poly shutter material made from an advanced blend of thermoplastics and wood pulp providing the ultimate combination of insulation and durability. Guaranteed to last a lifetime.
- The size entered will be the finished frame size of the shutter from outside frame edge to outside frame edge. Proper additions or subtractions must be made prior to entering sizes.
- Peace of mind ordering process - You will be emailed a drawing of your arch prior to production so you can confirm all of your sizes and specifications.
- All arched shutter frames will be made as a solid frame not with an insert section.
- Overlap:
- For outside mount shutters you need to add to your window opening size the proper overlap so the shutter goes past your window opening.
- L-frame - Add 2" to all four sides.
- 2" Decorative Frame - Add 2" to all four sides.
- 3" Decorative Frame - Add 3" to all four sides.
- If you are resting your shutter on top of a window sill do not add the overlap to the bottom.
- If you have windows that tilt inward or window screens that are removed from the inside you may want to add an additional 1/2" per side for outside mount frames, inside mount is not recommended.
- Inside Mount Shutters- You need to deduct to assure your shutter will fit inside your window opening. Recommended deduction for inside mount shutters is a minimum of 1/4" from window opening width and height. Windows out of square may need more of a deduction.

- Number of panels available is determined by overall width of shutter.
- Divider rail required on all shutters over 72" tall.
- T-posts are vertical posts that connect to your shutter frame for added support, and they help split up the weight of your shutter panels. This is especially helpful for installing plantation shutters on large windows. All panels will be equal size. Custom T-post configurations are available by contacting customer service.

- 05/03/2018Didn't want to be like my neighbor and have aluminium foil in my window that was this style so i did some research. I ordered the samples for poly and wood and couldn't tell the difference so i went with the one that was more cost effective. My house looks so much better then my neighbors!

- 03/28/2018I have been using this site for about a year now as I get shutters for my house one room at a time. It's slowly getting done and it looks beautiful. I am quite happy with the look and the price is helping me to do the whole home. My dad helps me install them because he's stronger than me and some of my windows are pretty big, but I've helped him with the smaller ones and it's actually not that hard once I figured it out.
