Price includes one free remote and charging kit per household. Remote will depend on your order. If your order is for 1 motorized shade it will have a single channel remote. If you order multiple shades, on the same order, you will receive a 6 channel or a 16 channel remote control. If multiple shades are ordered each shade will operate on its own channel separately as well as at the same time on channel 0. Example: two shades ordered- Shade #1 will operate on channel 1, Shade #2 will operate on channel #2, both shades will operate at the same time on channel #0. Additional remotes or custom programming may be ordered by calling customer service. Pet and child safe.

In most cases the samples on line will work for most people if it’s a white or off white, but dark colors and especially stained colors would be best to order a sample first. They may vary slightly from the actual product and there are also dye lot changes in the material, and we cannot be responsible for these differences.

Note: Just because products have the same color name that does not mean they are the same exact color. Also don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. Example, just because a color may have the name Pecan, does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider to be a Pecan color. Please do not order using color names as your guide, always request a sample. Please order samples of all products you wish to consider purchasing to avoid any confusion and color mistakes.

Bamboo Shades Disclaimer: Bamboo products are especially prone to color variances and we cannot be responsible for dye lot variations. If you are choosing a natural wood such as bamboo, you must accept that no two bamboo pieces are alike and they will vary. Since our Bamboo Shades are made from real bamboo wood their color and pattern can vary a great deal from a sample to the actual shade that you order. The color can vary from a mild greenish tint to a more natural brown color. The sample should be used to only get an idea of the string/ladder placement and a general feel for the products pattern.
