- Custom shapes and oversized available by special order, please call our customer service department.
- The size entered will be the finished frame size of the shutter from outside frame edge to outside frame edge. Proper additions or subtractions must be made prior to entering sizes.
- Peace of mind ordering process - You will be emailed a drawing of your arch prior to production so you can confirm all of your sizes and specifications.
- All arched shutter frames will be made as a solid frame not with an insert section.
- Overlap:
- For outside mount shutters you need to add to your window opening size the proper overlap so the shutter goes past your window opening.
- L-frame - Add 2" to all four sides.
- 2" Decorative Frame - Add 2" to all four sides.
- 3" Decorative Frame - Add 3" to all four sides.
- If you are resting your shutter on top of a window sill do not add the overlap to the bottom.
- If you have windows that tilt inward or window screens that are removed from the inside you may want to add an additional 1/2" per side for outside mount frames, inside mount is not recommended.
- Inside Mount Shutters- You need to deduct to assure your shutter will fit inside your window opening. Recommended deduction for inside mount shutters is a minimum of 1/4" from window opening width and height. Windows out of square may need more of a deduction.

- 10/20/2023My wife and I wanted new window coverings for our large arched windows in the kitchen, I told her to look at pictures and tell me what kind of window covering she liked the best, assuming she would choose blinds similar to the ones we already had. Instead she decided she wanted shutters and after getting quotes from multiple companies they were just way too expensive and I could not justify spending that amount of money so my wife was sad and a little upset with me for telling her no. A friend had mentioned this company to me awhile back so i decided to take a look and to my surprise they had exactly the shutters my wife wanted and for a reasonable price, I ordered them and surprised her one day when she came home from a weekend away with her mom. Was told to get poly because of the price but this site had them priced so well i was able to afford the wood with the stain color that i wanted.
