90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Here at Direct Buy Blinds we stand behind everything we sell. We carry quality products at exceptional savings. Every blind is custom made to fit according to the size you provide. If you are not happy with your order we will do everything possible to get it right. If it is our mistake, or freight damage is incurred, we will immediately remedy the problem at our expense. We must be notified within 90 days of receiving your product. If a return is authorized by us the following criteria must be met:
- Oversized products are only returnable for damage/warranty issues.
- Guarantee covers product remakes only. It does not include shipping, handling, and processing fees.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Window treatments that are measured incorrectly are not covered by this guarantee. Please see “Certified to Fit” page.
- Product that was damaged in shipping is not covered by this guarantee. Please see “Shipping” page for instructions on what to do if your product was damaged in shipping.
- Remakes will be made in the same product same color as original order.
- We do not offer refunds for any reason.
