We know mistakes happen and it is our goal to earn customers for life, not just for one order. So, if you make a mistake measuring we will fix it ABSOLUTELY FREE!!
Here’s how it works. Simply contact our customer service department within 10 days of receiving you order and inform them of the product that you measured incorrectly. If the item is too big the blind or shade we will trim it down to fit at no charge to you. If replacement blinds or shades are necessary they may only be remade in the same product and color, no refunds . In the event that there is a price difference between the old and new blind or shade we simply ask that you pay the difference. This guarantee covers one blind or shade per household and cash refunds are not allowed.
Original blind or shade must be returned before any remake will be started. Return shipping, shipping on remake and handling fees are customers responsibility. Excludes shutters and specialty applications.
